Currently there are 2-3 inches of hard packed snow still covering 75% of the Waterford Circuit.  Forecasted temperatures for next week are not warm enough to melt the hard packed snow (see attached photo of the finishing straight).  As a result the Flying Rhinos have had to cancel the race on the 29th.

Event Canceled

Cross The Bay - Pumpkin Pie Super Prestige

I regret to inform you that we had to make the call the cancel the event this Sunday. With all the snowfall we have received in the past week the Civic Center is no longer an enjoyable nor safe venue. The venue policy also states that machinery is not allowed for the snow removal process making it rather difficult to set up a course. A refund is in process for those who live out of town and local riders will either have choice of refund or deferral to future event. Thank you for signing up early and sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions and/or concerns.

Thank You, Jason Whittaker Einstein Cycles
